Because these pieces are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products—unless there’s an error on our end (like a misspelling that doesn’t match your order, or damage during shipping).

If something’s not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, non-custom items. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of ordering. After that, production may have already begun and we can’t guarantee a cancellation.
